Before you begin:
Find a comfortable space.
Bring a blanket, light a candle, or choose a scent that brings you comfort.
Start by grounding: gentle rocking, self-hugging, or soft tapping.
Take slow breaths and remind your nervous system that you are safe — this is simply practice.
