Saying No boundary workshop

This 45-minute embodiment workshop guides you through the powerful, life-changing practice of saying “No” — calmly, confidently, and without guilt. 

If you’ve ever found yourself over-giving, people-pleasing, or struggling to honour your own limits, this practice is for you. 

It’s time to teach your body that “No” can be safe. 

 Inside this session you’ll: 

• Learn to stay present and grounded in moments of discomfort 

• Feel where “Yes” and “No” live in your body 

• Release the pressure to please everyone 

• Practise real-life boundary scenarios through gentle role play 

• Connect with your future self — the version of you who stands strong in her truth 

Before you begin: 

Find a comfortable space. 

Bring a blanket, light a candle, or choose a scent that brings you comfort. 

Start by grounding: gentle rocking, self-hugging, or soft tapping. 

Take slow breaths and remind your nervous system that you are safe — this is simply practice.
