Breathwork
Using breath to regulate the nervous system, release held emotion, and reconnect with life force. This includes conscious connected breath and gentle pranayama, always guided by safety.
Energy, Sound & Voice
Reiki, instruments and voice woven together.

Intuitive Bodywork
Hands-on work guided by intuition and the body’s needs. This may include intuitive massage, lymphatic, cupping, hot stones, facials, and supportive touch.
Shamanic Healing
Energetic and ritual-based work to support clearing, grounding, and integration. This is subtle, embodied, and deeply present — not theatrical.
Mentorship
Not coaching. Not fixing. This is deep listening, reflection, and guidance — supporting you to see yourself clearly and reclaim your own authority.
