You are the person everyone knows they can rely on.
You listen. You care. You want the people you love to feel safe, supported and understood.
But there is a part of you they don’t always see.
The feelings you struggle to explain. The tightness in your throat when you want to say something. The knot in your stomach. The moments when you feel overwhelmed, but carry on because you don’t know what else to do.
You might call it stress. You might tell yourself you’re tired, you’re being too sensitive, or you just need to get on with things.
Yet underneath it, there is something asking for your attention.
This is why I’ve created The Art of Feeling: an eight-week live online journey to help you understand your emotions, reconnect with your body and build trust in yourself.
Why this work means so much to me
If you had met me six years ago, you would have met someone who cared deeply, but struggled to feel comfortable being fully seen.
I would have listened to you. But holding your eyes, singing in front of you or confidently asking for what I wanted? That was a different story.
I grew up around criticism and shame. Love felt conditional. I learnt to question my voice, doubt my worth and make myself smaller.
Later, I could understand my patterns. I could read the advice and tell myself to be confident. But when it was time to speak, to be visible or to take a chance, I could still feel myself holding back.
Working with my body and my emotions became an important part of finding my way forward.
I began listening to what I felt. Giving it space. Expressing what I had kept inside. Learning how to support myself through uncomfortable moments.
Little by little, my life opened.
Today, I sing to groups. I hold spaces I once couldn’t imagine stepping into. I look people in the eye. And I’m moving towards another dream: speaking to larger audiences.
There is still a part of me that trembles at the thought. But there is also a part that says, “I trust myself. I can do this.”
Through my work, I’ve now held almost 2,000 sessions. I’m deeply grateful for every person who has trusted me to walk beside them.
Again and again, I’ve witnessed how much can change when someone begins to listen to themselves.
What if you knew how to support yourself through what you feel?
Perhaps you keep your feelings private because they’re uncomfortable. Because you can’t find the words. Because everyone assumes you’ve got your life together.
So you swallow what you wanted to say. Keep busy. Pull away a little.
Then something small happens, and suddenly everything comes out. You snap at someone you love, cry unexpectedly or spend the evening wondering, “Why did I react like that?”
You deserve more than having to hold it together until you can’t.
Inside The Art of Feeling, we’ll practise recognising what’s happening, making room for it and finding ways to express it with more awareness.
The aim is to help you move from feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure of yourself towards understanding your emotions, knowing what you need and feeling more confident in how you respond.
That might mean asking for space before you reach your limit. Saying what matters instead of swallowing it. Letting yourself enjoy a good moment without immediately questioning it.
What we’ll explore together
We begin with anchoring: finding practices that help you feel supported and present before we explore deeper feelings.
Then we’ll work through six emotions:
- Sadness: making room for tenderness and recognising when you need comfort or connection.
- Fear: noticing what happens in your body and practising how to support yourself through uncertainty.
- Anger: listening to what matters to you and exploring expression, boundaries and your voice.
- Love: opening to connection, care and receiving.
- Joy: allowing yourself to experience enjoyment and aliveness.
- Pleasure: reconnecting with sensation, sensuality and what feels good to you, at your own pace.
Because sometimes the uncomfortable feelings are difficult to meet—and sometimes receiving the good ones feels unfamiliar too.
Our final session brings the journey together with a guided conscious connected breathwork experience, with participation and adaptations discussed beforehand.
Throughout the programme, I’ll guide you to anchor, recognise, allow, express and integrate what you feel.
What’s included
This is a guided experience. We’ll practise together, with clear explanations and space to notice your own experience.
You’ll receive:
- Eight live online sessions, every Tuesday from 7–8.30 pm UK time.
- Recordings of the teaching and guided practices, added to the course portal after each session.
- Practical tools you can return to between sessions and afterwards.
- A private Telegram group for questions, connection and sharing during the programme.
- Time for personal sharing after the recording stops, so those conversations stay out of the replays.
Your Telegram invitation will arrive when you join. The portal content will build as the live sessions take place, and you’ll be able to keep the recordings for future use.
Is this journey for you?
The Art of Feeling welcomes women and men who want to feel more connected to themselves.
You don’t need to know the names of your emotions. You don’t need to arrive feeling calm or confident. You don’t need previous experience with this work.
You might have already done plenty of personal development and still find it difficult to put what you understand into practice.
Or this might be the first time you’ve chosen to give yourself this kind of attention.
Come with curiosity and a willingness to explore. You choose what you share and how you participate.
